Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and request a full refund until October 14, 2026. A $20 administration fee will be deducted from the total refund due. No cancellations will be accepted after October 14, 2026. To cancel and request a refund, contact [email protected] or call 828-281-0047.
Image Consent Clause UPDATE
Attendance at the 2026 American Chestnut Symposium constitutes agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs and audio/video recordings in TACF's event marketing and general TACF communications. TACF reserves the right to record entire presentations. TACF's distribution of recordings is contingent upon prior approval from the presenter and not upon approval by attendees.
