COVID Policy UPDATE
The health and safety of everyone attending the 2026 Spring Meeting is a top priority for TACF. By attending the 2026 Spring Meeting, attendees, partners, and TACF agree to engage safely while adhering to public health guidelines in place at the time of the convention. This commitment further includes not attending the event if you are experiencing any signs, symptoms or have recently been exposed to, or diagnosed and not yet cleared by health authorities as non-contagious with COVID-19. If public health requirements change prior to the event, we will inform you about these changes and their implications on your attendance at this event.
Image Consent Clause UPDATE
Attendance at the 2026 Annual Spring Meeting constitutes agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs and audio/video recordings in TACF's event marketing and general TACF communications. TACF reserves the right to record entire presentations. TACF's distribution of recordings is contingent upon prior approval from the presenter and not upon approval by attendees.
